Kathy is our new office manager. She and her two sons have known Dr. Bob as patients for over 25 years. She is now prepared to assist you and your family with any dental insurance questions you may have. We are delighted to have her as part of our team!
Our Caring Staff...
Brenda has been the mainstay of our back office where all the recare, orthodontic, restorative and surgical procedures take place. She completes each patient’s recare visit with a review of flossing and application of topical fluoride. When she is not at the office, Brenda can be found teaching and performing hip-hop dancing with both students and audiences. We are very fortunate to have her keeping the open bay and quiet (private) rooms running in a smooth and orderly manner.
Gina has been with us for over 17 years. She is our laboratory and sterilization manager. Gina is certified in sealant placement and general dental prophylaxis. Gina has a five year old son, Anthony Frank and a new-born, John Michael. We are truly blessed to have such a loyal, hard-working staff member all these years.
Ally is our certified dental assistant and licensed, registered dental hygienist. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and comes with much experience from other dental facilities. She can perform scaling and root planing, place sealants, administer local anesthetics and restore simple cavity preparations. We are excited having Ally with us each week.
Our Therapy Dogs, Dillon and Faedan. They occasionally visit the office and make our patients feel unafraid. Dr. Bob is a certified Therapy Dog handler and volunteers his dogs services at libraries and senior homes.
Description of Experience:
Dr. Johnson in addition to doing pediatric dentistry, [he] does fixed orthodontics. My children's teeth are well cared for. Dr. Bob gives them instruction on brushing and flossing. Appointments are readily available and accomodations are made to meet specific time restrictions (my children get out of school late and the office is willing to make really late appointments and wait for us if we get caught in traffic)
He is gentle with the patients and explains every step of what he is doing. He has infinite expertise and caring. He will take whatever time is necessary to get a child comfortable with going to the dentist. My son, when he was 3, had his first 4 appointments for teeth cleaning in an empty office so that "Dr. Bob" could give him exclusive attention and not be distracted by other patients. Offiice staff is extremely nice and helpful. Will work out any billing problems that need be and will call if they are overpaid to let you know and get your money back to you.
